SE “Moldelectrica” is a state-owned enterprise, founded in accordance with the Order of the Government of Republic of Moldova no.1000 of 02.10.2000 “On creation of some state-owned enterprises of the electricity sector.”
SE “Moldelectrica” carries out its activity on the basis of the Law no. 146-XIII of 16.06.94. "The State Enterprise" with the latest additions and changes, Company Rules and other legal documents.
The company is registered in the State Registration Chamber of the Ministry of Information Development of the Republic of Moldova at 26.10.2000 with the no. 1002600004580.
SE “Moldelectrica” carries out its activity on the basis of the license for transmission of electricity AA № 064574 of 10.06.2008, issued by ANRE and valid until 20.04.2026.
State Enterprise “Moldelectrica” main activities are:
- efficient central dispatch service;
- electrical power transmission;
- training and development of powerengineering staff
