About Us

Since 26.06.1965, the Training Center has been a structural subdivision of the state enterprise, initially named "Moldenergo," and later "Moldelectrica".

To optimize the organizational structure of S.E. "Moldelectrica," on April 1, 2009, the Training Center branch was reorganized into the structural subdivision "Training and Human Resource Management Center of S.E. Moldelectrica," according to Order No. 56 dated 16.02.2009.

Throughout its activity, the Training Center has trained thousands of highly qualified specialists in both the energy sector and other fields.

Currently, the Training Center is equipped with modern laboratories to provide high-level training for trainees. Courses are taught by highly qualified specialists with extensive professional experience in their fields.

The training is conducted based on contracts with individuals and/or legal entities and their financial resources. The languages of instruction are Romanian and Russian.

The educational activities are carried out in compliance with training programs approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Research of the Republic of Moldova.

The training process includes:

• Theoretical courses
• Practical training in workshops and laboratories
• Industrial internships

Courses conclude with qualification exams.

Trainees who pass the qualification exams receive certificates in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Research. These certificates allow them to enter the workforce or perform specific functions.    

The staff of the Training Center consists of highly qualified specialists with extensive practical experience and pedagogical training.

The Training Center is equipped with classrooms, workshops, laboratories, a library, and a polygon with modern equipment that enables trainees to acquire the necessary knowledge and professional skills.

Courses

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION COURSES

• Electrician for the operation of electrical distribution networks.
• Rigger.
• Operator of hydraulic cranes and lifts.
• Forklift driver.
• Crane operator.
• Boiler room operator.

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION COURSES

• Preparation and upgrading of electrotechnical personnel in "Safety and Operational Norms for Consumer Electrical Installations".
• Training and certification for safe operation of cranes.
• Training and certification for safe operation of lifting equipment (derricks).
• Training and certification for safe operation of steam and hot water boilers.
• Training and certification for safe operation of steam and hot water pipelines.
• Training and certification for safe operation of pressure vessels.
• Training and certification for safe operation of gas systems and technical installations in thermoelectric plants (CHPs).
• Training and certification for safe operation of LPG systems and bottle installations (cutting stations).
• Training in occupational safety and health: Level 1.
• Routine certification of workers in the field of industrial safety.

Admission

Enrollment is carried out without competitive exams, based on a contract, by submitting the following documents:

• Application for course enrollment
• Copy of the educational certificate
• Medical certificate
• Copy of the identity card.

For certification admission within the Training Center, the economic agent submits an application in duplicate, attaching the following documents for each candidate:

• Copy of the educational certificate/diploma;
• Authenticated copy, stamped by the company, of the employment order, individual contract, or service contract;
• Authenticated copy, stamped by the company, of the previous license for periodic certification.
