The SE Moldelectrica (hereinafter referred to as “the Borrower”) has received (or applied for) a loan from the European Investment Bank – EIB (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) – towards the cost of the Transmission Network Rehabilitation Project. This International Invitation for Tenders relates to the contract(s) for
The tenderers are free to tender for any of the Lots or separately for both Lots.
The contract(s) will include:
Removal of existing equipment, turnkey supply, installation and commissioning of such equipment together with rehabilitation measures of foundations and water draining systems. SE Moldelectrica intends to install variable shunt reactor, submission of a Tender for Lot 2 is highly appreciated. The following table shows the substations, their coordinates, the power and the voltage ratio of the equipment to be exchanged:

All works shall be performed with the substation remaining in service.
This contract is expected to be implemented from 01 July 2016 to 30 June 2018.
The criteria to be used in the tender evaluation are, in decreasing order of importance:

Evaluated cost for fulfilling the contract in compliance with all commercial, contractual and technical requirements

Guaranteed performance and productivity of the offered Facilities

Undertaking of minor work or the provision of services or facilities by the Employer
-
Time to complete the Facilities
-
Technical compatibility with other already installed facilities, compliance to environmental standards, and availability of services

Completeness of documents

Submission of type tests
