State Enterprise "Moldelectrica" was established by the Government of the Republic of Moldova through Decision No. 1000 of October 2, 2000, “On the Creation of State Enterprises in the Energy Sector,” and Order No. 92 of October 19, 2000, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Energy. Its creation involved the separation of the relevant functional assets from the State Enterprise “Moldtranselectro”.

License for Electricity Transport No. AA 064574 dated June 10, 2008.

The enterprise holds the status of a legal entity and was registered with the State Registration Chamber under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on October 26, 2000, under No. 102105264, as confirmed by Certificate Series A No. 155763.

The transportation of electricity and the unified operational and technological management of the energy system is carried out by the Transmission and System Operator under the license for electricity transport No. AA 064574 issued by ANRE on June 10, 2008.

The professional training system for technical staff is implemented through the Training Center.

Its primary mission is to ensure:

Training and specialized education for dispatch personnel;
Professional development of technical staff.

Instructional activities are carried out in accordance with the Thematic Training Plans for energy sector specialists, developed and approved on December 5, 2011, by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Economy.
